I don't have an account. Do I need one?

You don't need an account to shop with us, however creating one will allow you to look at any past purchases you make. If you do not wish to create an account, continue as a guest during check out.

Help! I've forgotten my log in details

Happens to everyone at some time or other! Click on the 'Login' link which is located up near the top of the website near the RHUniforms logo. Under the 'Personal Shopper Login' section you will see a 'Forgot password' link down the bottom, under the password entry box.

You will need to enter your email address to retrieve your password. If you can't remember the email address you used to sign up or you have since closed that email account please send an email to customerservice@rhuniforms.com.au with your details. Alternatively, you can open up a new account if you have a new email address.

Wholesale accounts, click on the ‘Forgot Customer Code’ under the Username field on the login page

I'm having problems viewing your website. What's wrong?

That's a tricky one. Can you view other websites? Have you tried an alternate browser such as Chrome or Firefox? If the problem is specifically with the RHuniforms website we would like to hear about it. Please email customerservice@rhuniforms.com.au with as much information as you can (screenshots are also helpful) or call 1800 002 909.

You don't have the product I need. Will you be getting more products?

RHUniforms is adding new products all the time so make sure you bookmark our page and come back and visit us on a regular basis. Alternatively you can email customerservice@rhuniforms.com.au and ask about the product you're interested in.

Can I pick up my items from your store?

School uniforms can be collected from our Showrooms located in Ringwood, Eltham and Tullamarine. Please make sure the items you will be collecting are in stock at the store you are visiting before you arrive. Our address can be found on the Find a Store page.

Do you have a postage cost?

A delivery charge of 8% of your order value will be added to all orders, with a minimum cost of $15 and a maximum of $100.

Please note the following exceptions:

  • School uniform orders where the option for Free Delivery to School is selected
  • Orders where Pick Up From Store is selected
  • Custom Design products where freight costs are communicated as part of the enquiry process.

I don't live in Australia. Can I order from you?

At this stage RHUniforms only delivers to Australian addresses

I added items to my cart but now I can't find them.

To view the cart, click on the shopping trolley item up the top right hand side of the website. If the items are still not in your cart try adding them again. If you continue to experience problems using our website phone 1800 002 909 and place your order with our customer service staff. Make sure you tell them you were having problems ordering online so we can look into it.

I'm not sure about clothing sizing. How will I know if something will fit?

RHUniforms provides sizing information for most of our clothing. Please see the Size Charts link on the product page for the item you are interested in. If you're still not sure we recommend you phone our office on 1800 002 909 and discuss your specific needs or visit our Showroom and try on the garments.

I don't want to use my credit card online. Do I have other options?

We take your security and ours very seriously. RHUniforms uses National Australia Bank's internet portals for real time authorisation and payment processing via 128 bit SSL encryption. However, if you want to purchase from RHUniforms but don't want to use your credit card online (or don't have one) please head into one of our stores to place your order.

Approved wholesale account holders will qualify for our Pay Later facility

I've placed my order. How long until it arrives?

We endeavour to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Delivery can take up to 10 days but generally adheres to the following schedule:

  • Next Day from Despatch - Metropolitan Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide and Canberra
  • 2-3 day delivery to Queensland, Tasmania, regional NSW, Victoria and South Australia
  • 4-5 days Western Australia, NT

My order came and there has been a mistake. How do I send it back?

How do I know if an item is in stock?

Our warehouse caries stock of over 2,000 different items. We endeavour to have all warehouse items in stock at all times however there are times when there has been a high demand and we maybe out of stock. We will contact you if it is going to be longer than a 2 week delay. If you need to discuss delivery options/timelines please contact us

I keep getting emails from you that I didn't sign up for. How can I make them stop?

If you are receiving emails from RHUniforms that you believe you didn't sign up for you can unsubscribe via the link included down the bottom of the email. If you can't find a link or you have already unsubscribed and are still receiving emails please email your details to customerservice@rhuniforms.com.au so we can make sure you are removed from our marketing list.
