RHUniforms wants you to be 100% happy with all your purchases from us. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied please return the product to us in its original condition within fourteen (14) days of receipt. RHUniforms will replace, refund or exchange your item providing:

  • the original product packaging is not torn, broken or missing
  • the product has not been used, labelled or worn
  • the return postage cost is at your expense.
In some instances a re-stocking fee may apply, this will be advised at the time of your enquiry. You will be responsible for ensuring the item you are returning is packaged securely and is returned to RHUniforms in the condition you received it.

Please note: For orders of custom product including graduation wear, we are unable to exchange or refund.

Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, incorrect or you are missing an item from your order you must notify our office within fourteen (14) days of receiving your parcel. Please come back into store, phone 1800 002 909, or email customerservice@rhuniforms.com.au with your name and address and your order/invoice number.
