We offer a full product guarantee to cover faulty workmanship or materials. Our guarantee does not cover garments that are damaged by washing or drying (outside of care label instructions), goods damaged by wear and tear or goods altered or repaired by the customer or other persons. Bags

Our school bags are guaranteed to last the 'school life' of the user and are valid against manufacturing defects relating to material and workmanship. Warranty claims will be subject to assessment of the product by RHSports. This warranty does not cover damage or defects caused by; normal wear & tear, negligence, intentional damage, misuse, modifications, repairs or alterations.
